Google Docs export or Microsoft Word file · Up to 450 MiB.

Uploaded files stay in your browser.
How to get a DOCX

In Microsoft Word, save a copy as .docx. For older .doc files, convert to DOCX first. In Google Docs, use File → Download → Microsoft Word (.docx). Upload the saved file here.

The PDF reflows your Google Docs or Word document; original page breaks, headers and exact formatting are not preserved. Connect Google to include resolved threads that Google still returns for this document in the comment list.

Get more out of Google Docs and Microsoft Word

A document can hold much more than its main text. ExportMyDocs.com brings comments, suggested changes, images, tables and links into downloads you can keep and reuse. Start with a Google Docs link or a Microsoft Word DOCX file, then choose the parts you need. You do not have to run a separate converter for every type of content.

In browser mode, Export all prepares a separate PDF and one ZIP with the other selected content in every listed format. PDF with comments starts with the PDF selected. Export Images from Docs/Word starts with images selected and their gallery open. You can change these selections after import. For a printable document, open PDF with comments; for a spreadsheet, use Comments to Excel.

An example of the output

For a project brief containing feedback, photographs and a budget table, the archive can contain document-with-comments.pdf, comments.xlsx, comments.csv, tables.xlsx, document.md, document.html and an images folder. In browser mode, the PDF is downloaded separately and the ZIP includes the remaining files and a manifest. The uploaded source DOCX is not included. Only content found in your file appears in the inventory. A heading count or an image caption is extracted from the document rather than invented.

What to check before sharing

The PDF rebuilds the document layout. Original page breaks, headers and some complex formatting may change. Images retain the resolution embedded in the file; the tool cannot recover detail that was already removed. Suggested changes depend on the revision data in the DOCX. The archive PDF contains rendered page images, while Print / Save PDF uses your browser's print path.

Questions & answers

Do Word users need a Google account?

No. Upload a Microsoft Word DOCX directly. Google connection is only needed for protected Google Docs links; public links may import without it. Neither workflow edits your original document.

Can I keep resolved comments?

A Microsoft Word DOCX can supply resolved comments only when they are retained in the file. Connected Google import can include resolved threads that Google still returns for this document. Deleted or unavailable comments cannot be recovered.

Are uploaded files sent to a server?

Local DOCX processing happens in your browser. Public link import passes the download through the service; connected import also uses Google authorization and session endpoints.

Can I download just one image?

Yes. Open Images + captions in the archive inventory, or use the dedicated image download page. Individual images can be saved without downloading the complete archive.
